Think Active had 8 spare phones and decided to donate them to Good Causes via Make Good Grow. 3 of them found a new home at GINA, providing vital support to victims of sexual violence &amp; abuse. 2 at New Hope Counselling, 2 at Omega Courses &amp; 1 at Stockingford Community Centre!

The Polish Centre, a long-standing beneficiary of Make Good Grow and 1 Mill Street, utilised our Passion Wagon for the day to collect three ambulances.

8 of our best ballers took to Leamington FC's pitch in support of two incredible Causes - The Brakes Community Foundation &amp; The Myton Hospices. The team came first (in most goals conceded) but we had a brilliant time, and raised money for a worthy Cause. The 1 Mill Street &amp; Make Good Grow team even came down to cheer our boys on!&nbsp;

The Polish Centre used our Passion Wagon to transport a family of refugees to London for the day, to celebrate a very special birthday. We were delighted to help out, and hope Afraa and Nedel had a brilliant time!

Miss Macaroon took our Passion Wagon to Cheltenham for the weekend to transport their products.&nbsp;Miss Macaroon is a CIC, and every penny is reinvested into their charity. Miss Macaroon’s MacsMAD (Macaroons that Make A Difference) training courses enable long-term unemployed young people to build their confidence and skills to become work ready.We were delighted to help such a brilliant Good Cause by offering the free usage of the PassionWagon.<div> </div>

Our 1MS members headed over to Helping Hands Soup Kitchen to run breakfast, lunch and dinner service for the vulnerable &amp; homeless of Leamington Spa.We prepped and served 3 meals across the day, and got to meet the brilliant volunteers and beneficiaries of Helping Hands. We also heard from Founder and CEO, Lianne Kirkman, about how Helping Hands runs. She said, "Today is all about a hand up, not a hand out." and explained that these free meals are often the first step of intervention in their journey to rehabilitating these individuals.&nbsp;Helping Hands has had a longstanding relationship with both 1 Mill Street and Make Good Grow, hosting a variety of events with them. It was amazing to get our members involved and help them in a more hands-on way.&nbsp;We had a brilliant day, and can't wait until the next one!&nbsp;

WCAVA used our meeting room to host their management meeting. The team brainstormed bundles of brilliant ideas to help local Good Causes thrive, and improve the local community. 1 Mill Street &amp; Make Good Grow have a longstanding relationship with CAVA, and we love welcoming them into our venue whenever possible.&nbsp;

We supported Ashorne Hill, a longstanding partner of 1 Mill Street and Make Good Grow, by hosting the team in our first floor meeting room. This allowed the team to get out of their workplace, and brainstorm brilliant new ideas in an exciting new venue.&nbsp;

1 Mill Street donated two chairs from our coffeehouse to Helping Hands venue on Althorpe Street. The chairs would've gone into storage, but the 1MS team decided to donate it to a Good Cause instead. These chairs will be used in their Esther House, where vulnerable women are re-homed and rehabilitated, making it more homely and comfortable for the Esther ladies.&nbsp;

1 Mill Street hosted Evergreen School's teachers and students for their 'Discovering Autism in the Workplace' event in our Urban Garden. This was an incredible opportunity to hear about what autistic people can offer in the workplace, and how currently undervalued they are. We got to hear from two of our student workers - Caelainn and Nathan, about what their experiences have been like while working in our coffeehouse, and what a week at Evergreen looks like for them. 30 of our members attended to hear about autism and the workplace from their expert teachers, and left feeling inspired.&nbsp;
